He is survived by Adelaide Louise (Hawkins) Neff and was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Cooper (Boyd) Crouse, who died April 10, 2003. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ivan Wade Crouse. Aden was born on October 18, 1925 in Shawsville, Harford County, MD, son of the late Thurman R. and Esta A. (Hendrickson) Crouse. He graduated from Jarretsville High School and attended Eastern Nazarene College in Boston, MA. He was a farmer in Harford, Baltimore and Queen Anne's Counties in Maryland. Prior to his retirement in 1986 he was a manufacturer's representative for light industrial and agricultural equipment. He attended the First United Methodist Church of Chestertown, MD. He was a member of the Kent Island Lions Club, Chestertown Yacht and Country Club, Elks Club of Kent County, Moose Club of Talbot County, the Kent County Ruritan Club, Kent County Farm Bureau and the Kent County Historical Society. Later he resided in Red Lion. A memorial service with family and friends will be held at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 109 E. Main Street, Dallastown, on November 19, 2017 at 2 p.m.
