Albert Preston Daniel, Jr.Memphis, tn Albert Preston Daniel, Jr., 67, of Memphis, TN, was born on November 16, 1949 to Gracie and Peck Daniel. He passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 with his loving family next to him. Mr. Daniel was a graduate of Kingsbury High School Class of '67 and received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Christian Brothers College. He worked in the family business, Peck Daniel Auto Sales for 40 years. Mr. Daniel was a member of Highland Church of Christ and loved to spend time with his family and friends, especially at the lake. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Carol Phelps Daniel; daughters, Amanda Daniel Williamson (Lance), Emily Daniel Shores (Robert); brother, Kenny Daniel (Lisa); sister, Nina Daniel Furlotte and was "Papa" to his grandchildren, Lucy Belle Williamson, and Parker Andrew Shores. Visitation will be 5-7:30 p.m. Thursday, August 31 and service at 12 noon on Friday, September 1, at High Point Funeral Home.
