Mr. Albert Regin Frasier was born in Charleston, South Carolina on January 19, 1966 to Laverne Gilmore and the late Randy Gilmore (2003). Albert was known as Mr. East Bay to some was a body builder/ basketball coach. Albert made a living as a construction worker with a strong expertise in concrete.
Albert was a die heart Dallas Cowboys football fan. He also had a love for fishing. The Lord sent his angels to bring Albert home to be with our father on March 3, 2022. Albert is survived by his
Mother, Laverne Gilmore of Ruskin, FL. His six children; Chanequa Salter, Alyssa Fraiser, Albert
Frasier, Tyrell Thompson. Albrina Frasier, Alex Frasier all of Sarasota, FL. His Aunt, Vernadine Strong of Brandon, FL. His cousins Jimmy Strong (Heather) Carrie Strong, Kaliyah Walker and La'Darieas Strong all of Brandon, FL. His cousin Thomas McNeil, of Tampa, FL. His cousin Anthony McNeil of Ruskin, FL. His grandchildren; Shauntavia Green, Canaidja Salter, Shavanti Salter, Cartravius Salter, Christopher Smith, Africa Anderson, Alani Frasier. He also leaves other cousins and nieces and nephews and friends to cherish the fond memories they once shared.
