Mr. Albert Regin Frasier was born in Charleston, South Carolina on January 19, 1966 to Laverne Gilmore and the late Randy Gilmore (2003). Albert was known as Mr. East Bay to some was a body builder/ basketball coach. Albert made a living as a construction worker with a strong expertise in concrete.
Albert was a die heart Dallas Cowboys football fan. He also had a love for fishing. The Lord sent his angels to bring Albert home to be with our father on March 3, 2022. Albert is survived by his Mother, Laverne Gilmore of Ruskin, FL. His six children; Chanequa Salter, Alyssa Fraiser, Albert

His cousins Jimmy Strong (Heather) Carrie Strong, Kaliyah Walker and La'Darieas Strong all of Brandon, FL. His cousin Thomas McNeil, of Tampa, FL. His cousin Anthony McNeil of Ruskin, FL.
