Albert Roberts, 65 , of Atlanta, Georgia, passed Thursday, September 05, 2019. Albert was born to Alonzo Roberts, and Elaine Roberts, July 21, 1954.

Albert graduated from Daskin High School in 1972. When he graduated high school he immediately enlisted in the United States Army and served for 20 years.  He then married his high school sweetheart Adrian Roberts in 1994.  In 1999 Albert started his own trucking company in Florida and retired in 2016as a truck driver of his own company until he retired in 2016.

Albert is survived by 5 children: Adrian Roberts, Vanuvito Roberts (India Roberts), Mathew Roberts, Vanessa Roberts (Alex Eason), and Albert Roberts Jr (Annette Roberts). He also is survived by 12 grandchildren.

In his younger days Albert enjoyed sports especially football and soccer.  He went on to play football in high school and placed as All American.  In addition to sports cooking, more specifically grilling was one his favorite past times.  He often took his grandchildren fishing and loved preparing the fish for a meal for them.

There was never a dull moment when Albert affectionately known as "Al" was around.  He was the life of the party and had a giving heart and forgiving soul!

Family was his passion.  He will truly be missed.
