Alfred L. Latner Sr., of Farmington, New Mexico, passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 81. He was born on June 4, 1940, to Alfred T. and Ruby M. Latner.

Alfred is survived by his five children: Lee Latner (spouse Linda Latner), Lynette Jackson, Michelle Fisher (spouse Patrick Fisher), Tiffany Fraijo (spouse Nick Fraijo), and Brandon Latner. He also leaves behind eight beloved grandchildren.

Alfred worked at UAW Local Union 412 and enjoyed a long career before retiring in 2006. He proudly served in the Navy and was a dedicated member of his community.

In his free time, Alfred could often be found tending to his garden or spending time with his beloved dogs. He had a contagious smile and a kind heart that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Alfred Latner will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love for his family, and his unwavering dedication to those around him. He will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
