Alice was born to Emma Louise Johnson and Payton Johnson. She was born in Saint Lous, Missouri. She was the third child of Emma and Payton. Alice was born August 29th, 1927. She lived to be ninety three years old. Alice was married to George W. Mack on February 3rd, 1948 in Los Angeles, California. Alice and George had seven children, fourteen grandchildren, and twelve great grand children. Alice had two sisters and two brothers whom she loved dearly. Her remaining sister, Fannye L. Wade gave her constant prayer during her illness. She loved, cherished and adored her friend and sister Fannye. Alice had a long and painful history with rheumatoid arthritis, of which she struggled continuously in extreme pain. In her later years, she suffered with dementia, which ended her life.
Alice is survived by five of her children, Sandra, Carolyn, Denise, Anthony, and Emma. George and Diane are deceased. She has a lovely and wonderful daughter-in-law, which she dearly loved, Valorye Mack. Her grandchildren are, Amber, Jason, Dante, Marcell, Damion, Jennifer, Jonathan, Mahdee (Ameen), Jessica, Brianna, Kyle, Moieshai, and Sparkle.
Alice fought the good fight for as long as she could. She lost her battle on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at 5:50pm. She is with our Lord now and is no longer in pain, but walks in God\'s sunshine, among His most beautiful gardens. We thank you Lord for your mercy and unyielding grace.
God\'s Garden
God looked around His garden and he found an empty place. Then he looked down upon this earth, and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you, and lifted you to rest. God\'s garden must be beautiful, For he only takes the best. He knew that you were suffering. He knew that you were in pain. He knew that you would never. Get well on earth again. He saw the roads were getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb. So, he closed your weary eyelids, and whispered, \"Peace be thine.\" It broke our hearts to lose you. But you didn\'t go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God took you home.
Twenty-Third Psalm
The Lord is my shepard. I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. He bradeth me beside still waters. He restoreth my soul. He leadeth me in the path of righteousness for his namesake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me; Thy preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies. Thoguh annoitest my head with oil, my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
The Lord\'s Prayer
Our Father, which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy Name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, As it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, As we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, The power, and the glory, For ever and ever. Amen.
