Amado worked in the Juarez Repack for Ethicon for 38 years. On Sept. 19, 1988, he married Rosa Falcon in San Angelo.He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Manuel Castillo.Amado is survived by his loving spouse of 29 years, Rosa; mother Eva Castillo of Del Rio; son Amado (Angie) Araujo Jr. of San Antonio; step-daughter Chriselda Rangel of San Angelo; step-son Raymond Rangel, Jr. of Austin; granddaughter Bianca Alicia Araujo of San Antonio; step-granddaughter Tierra Leann (Nathan) Baranowski of Austin; sisters Carmen (Pedro) Reyes of Del Rio, Martha (Marco) Fuentes of San Angelo, Eva (Hector) Rubio of Del Rio; and brother Juan Manuel Castillo of Del Rio.Funeral service is at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 13, 2017, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel, with Pastor Brad Howard, officiating.
