Andre Whitaker, a beloved member of the Peoria, Illinois community, tragically passed away on December 1, 2023, at the young age of 19. Born on August 13, 2004, Andre's time on this earth was cut short, leaving behind a void in the hearts of those who knew him. Known for his infectious laugh and warm smile, Andre had a passion for music that knew no bounds. Whether he was writing lyrics or freestyling with friends, his talent and creativity were undeniable. With a gentle and kind spirit, Andre touched the lives of many, leaving lasting memories of his vibrant personality. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
