It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Andre Patterson, who departed from this earth on January 30, 2026, in their home in Napoleon City, Louisiana. Andre was born on February 12, 1980, to their beloved mother, Eunice Patterson.

Andre was a devoted parent to their three children, Liyah, Andre Jr, and Jacqueline. They were a pillar of strength and love for their family and friends, always putting others before themselves. Andre's dedication to their children was unwavering, and their presence will be deeply missed by all who knew them. His siblings: Craig Underwood, Gregory Patterson, Meshuan Patterson, James Patterson, Rodney Patterson, Mygonne Gabriel, Jimmy Patterson, and Alton Patterson; along with a host of extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

Throughout their life, Andre touched the hearts of many with their kindness, compassion, and unwavering spirit. They had a contagious smile that could brighten even the darkest of days and a sense of humor that could light up a room. Andre's presence will be sorely missed, but their memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know them.

Andre leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and resilience. They will be forever remembered and cherished by their family, friends, and community. Rest in peace, Andre Patterson. You will never be forgotten. A celebration of Andre’s life will be held on Thursday, February 12th at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church.

The Rosary will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment and repast details will be shared with family and friends.
