ANDREA 'ANGIE' L. JOGERST, 46 LENA - Andrea "Angie" L. Jogerst, 46, of Lena passed away on June 12, 2013, at the FHN Memorial Hospital in Freeport. Andrea was born on December 29, 1966, in Freeport, IL; the daughter of Clarence and Sandy (Loppnow) Gums. She attended Freeport High School. On April 13, 1995, she married Larry Jogerst in Monroe, WI. She was employed over the years by McDonalds, Structo Mfg., Lena Maid Meats, and Noller's Supermarket. Andrea was a member of Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport. She enjoyed interior decorating, gardening, tending to her flowers and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Larry of Lena; her children, Cody (Mariah Gill) Kaiser, Megan Kaiser, Cindy Jogerst, all of Lena; grandchildren, Blaine and Brooklynn Kaiser; brother, Billy Gums of Freeport; sisters, Marge (Craig) Bower of Freeport, Wendy (Craig) Kubatzke of Freeport, Wanda Gums of Freeport, Lori (Rip) Huenefeld of Freeport, Beth (Juan) Martinez of Freeport, Jodi (Gene) Diestelmeier of Eleroy, Trisha (Mike) Siegmeier of German Valley, Suzie Gums of Iowa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2013, at Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Pastor Larry Elliott will officiate.Interment will be at Lena Burial Park immediately following the service. Following the burial, a luncheon will be held at the American Legion Hall in Lena. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her memory for various ministries of the Evangelical Free Church of America and Park Hills Evangelical Free Church of Freeport.
