Born on August 23, 1974, in Baldwin, Georgia, Andrew was the son of Angie Hayes. He leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through his five children: Courtney Williamson, Brittnie Ibarra (spouse Jose Ibarra), Cameron Davis, and Kira Matlock.

Andrew had a knack for making everyone around him smile, whether it was through his cheesy jokes or his contagious laughter. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for those he cared about. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
