Angela Haugabook, known to friends and family as a loving mother, devoted wife, and avid fisherman, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2024, in Americus, Georgia, United States. She was born on June 4, 1949, to Melvin and Clair Haugabook.

Angela married her high school sweetheart, Johnathan Carson, in 1968, and together they raised two children, Annabelle Jackson and Johnathan Carson. Angela adored her grandchildren, bringing joy and laughter to their lives without fail.

When Angela wasn't spending time with her family, she could be found indulging in her hobbies of fishing, playing Bingo, and serving as a church usher. She had a kind soul and a contagious sense of humor that will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Angela's memory to the Americus Fishing Club, a cause that was close to her heart.

Angela Haugabook may have left this world, but her spirit will live on in the memories of those who loved her.
