Ann Mardoian1925 - 2014Ann Mardoian, 88, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at Hospice Alliance in Racine, Wis. She was born on March 26, 1925, in Racine, Wis.; Ann was the daughter of the late Jevan and Nevart (Mavian) Kigian. She was educated in South Milwaukee and graduated from South Milwaukee High School in 1944.On Oct. 29, 1949, she married Leon Mardoian in Kenosha, Wis.She was employed in various positions over her lifetime with Allen Bradley, Bardens, Elliots and American Family and finally finished working for good at age 83.Ann was a fabulous cook, baker and always loved to entertain family and friends to share her fine cuisine. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and her countless number friends and relatives. She thoroughly loved her Big Band music playing loud all day long while cooking in the kitchen. Ann was into fashion and always looked her best right up to her final days. Ann was a member and VP of the Shriners Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of St. Hagops Armenian Church of Racine her entire life.Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Seidl of Kenosha; a son, John Mardoian of Phoenix, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Kyle Kenaga, Kristen and Craig Seidl; a sister, Beatrice Hagopian of Racine; and a son-in-law, Kenneth Kenaga of Kenosha. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Kenaga; and her husband, Leon Mardoian.
