Ann Sellers, 63, of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, United States, passed Saturday, May 02, 2020. Barbara was born September 05, 1956. A graduate from Elizabeth City State University, she loved people but most of all she loved helping people. She has 3 children of which on has passed. She served her community for many many years as a Rehabilitation Assistant and also a dispatcher for the local university. She will be loved and deeply missed and she enters eternal rest.
