Anna Sue Askew PerryClarksville, TNAnna Sue Askew Perry, 71, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Tennova Healthcare of Clarksville.Sue was born on October 14, 1945, in Quality, KY to the late James Paul Askew and Eva Mae Mayhugh Askew. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Lewis Perry; step-daughter, Joy "Mai" Perry; and sister, Jeannie Mae Askew.Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Hilldale Church of Christ, with Brother Steve Kirby and Brother Joe Askew officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home and Wednesday, May 24, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.Sue was a retired school teacher with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, having taught at Byrns-Darden Elementary School and Montgomery Central Elementary School until her retirement. She was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ, where she was a previous daycare director.Sue is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Jeannie Perry of Clarksville, TN; two step-daughters, Debbie Schmittou (Johnny) of Plano, TX and Pattie Hancock (Matt) of Cunningham, TN; brother, Daniel Askew (Debbie) of Dickson, TN; two sisters, Paula Casey (Jerry) of Jeffersonville, IN and Jolen Kidwell of Montgomery, AL; seven grandchildren, Jonathan Schmittou, Jordan Schmittou, Heather Welch, Mike Mai, Jaima Cross, Buck Hancock, and Simon Hancock; and eight great-grandchildren, Lucas Welch, Lauren Welch, Nolan Welch, Harper Cross, Trey Hancock, Josh Hancock, Peyton Hancock, and Kennedy Hancock.Pallbearers will be James Askew, Mickey Bryant, Joe Askew, Kenan Casey, Tony Goodwin, and Joe Deweese. Honorary pallbearers will be Furman Muzzall, David Muizneiks, Shaun McCarty, G.T.
