LOGAN - Annabelle Loveday, our loving mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2007, at the age of 82. She was born on Oct. 13, 1925, to Roy and Grace Montague in Lincoln County, Kan. In 1936, they moved to Soda Springs, Idaho, where she grew up and went to school and later met and married Chauncey I. Loveday in 1943 and, in 1950, moved to Logan, Utah, where they raised their family. She was active as a member of several organizations throughout her life such as AARP, DAV, REACT (known as "Wonder Woman" to all her CB friends) and Special Olympics. She loved the outdoors and to travel but her main love was her family. She is survived by her brother, R.L.T.C Robert L. Montague; daughter, Valoy L. Brown; son, Devon Loveday; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chauncey I. Loveday; daughter, Janet; son, Doug; and grandson, Jody. Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 14, in the First Presbyterian Church, 12 S. 200 West, Logan. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St., Logan, and prior to services at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenmortuaries.net.
