ANNE LOUISE FUSCO, 66 SPRINGFIELD - Anne Louise Fusco, 66, longtime Springfield resident and Illinois Artisan passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at St. John's Hospice. Anne was born on January 15, 1948 in Freeport, IL to Walter and Ruth Ann Weckerly. She married Ronald Lee Fusco in 1969 and divorced in 1982. They have one son, Todd. Anne is survived by her brother James Weckerly (wife, Bonnie) of German Valley, IL, and her sister, Nancy Roberts of DeKalb, IL. Anne was involved in numerous area art activities including the Springfield Arts Council, First Night Springfield, and New Salem's Theatre in the Park. She was an Area Supervisor at J.C. Penney for over 10 years. Anne's award winning baskets and spectacular nature photography will be admired and cherished by generations to come. Cremation rites will be accorded by Bisch & Son Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place at a later date in Northern Illinois.
