Anne M. Arcuri, 87, passed away Saturday, October 29th, with her beloved son, Richard, by her side. Anne was born on November 11, 1928 in Brooklyn, NY. Later moving to Schenectady, she graduated from Draper High School in 1947. She then went to The College of Saint Rose, graduating in 1951 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Anne worked for the General Electric Co. for many years in the payroll department, later retiring to raise her family. Anne also worked at Myres Children Shops in the early 1970's and Pioneer Savings Bank as a teller. Anne was married to the late Joseph Arcuri. In retirement years they both enjoyed travelling and being involved in activities at St. Gabriel's Church. Anne is survived by her sons, Richard (Barbara), James and Daniel. Her brother, Robert Mullarkey. She is also survived by several grandchildren. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at DeMarco-Stone Funeral Home, 1605 Helderberg Ave., Rotterdam. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated, 11:30 a.m., Wednesday at St. Gabriel's Church. Burial will follow at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
