Annette Burkhardt, beloved daughter of Kelly and Gerald Fortmueller, was born on September 3, 1999 in Vincennes, Indiana. She tragically passed away on August 28, 2024.

She had a passion for art and could often be found creating beautiful masterpieces in her spare time.

Although Annette had no children of her own, she was a beloved aunt, sister, and friend. Her sense of humor and infectious smile will be deeply missed by all.

Unfortunately, Annette's life was cut tragically short by suicide. While we may never understand the pain she was going through, we can take solace in the memories we shared with her and the love she brought into our lives.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to a mental health charity in Annette's honor.

Rest in peace, Annette. Your light will never be extinguished.
