It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Taylor Sr., who was born on May 17, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois, United States, to his parents Fred Taylor and Corina Thomas. He peacefully departed this world on November 6, 2024.

Anthony leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to his family, including his two children, Anthony Taylor Jr. and Dimitri Taylor. He also leaves behind five beloved grandchildren. He was a dedicated father and grandfather who cherished his family above all else.

Anthony was a proud graduate of Proviso East High School and spent many years working at Progressive Cathedral Baptist Church. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his community.

In his spare time, Anthony enjoyed working on various projects as a handyman. He had a talent for fixing things and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.

Anthony's sudden passing due to a heart attack has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.
