Anthony Douglas Jones, 41, of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, passed away at his home on Sunday May 21, 2023. Anthony was born on November 19, 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of George Jones and Sharon Regnier (Franklin-Jones) both of St. Louis, Missouri. Anthony leaves behind a son Tobie Dickerson of Branson, MO and a daughter Kaylen McGroarty of St. Louis, Missouri. Anthony is survived by siblings, Angie Hsieh, Nicole Tesreau, Rachel Scyler and Michael Cookson as well as his two grandchildren Oliver and Noah Dickerson and many nieces and nephews.

Anthony was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed working on vehicles at any chance he got, playing music whether it be by car stereo or strumming his acoustic guitar and cherished time hanging out with his friends and family. Anthony will be greatly missed but his family takes comfort in the fact that he is finally at peace and home with the Lord.

The family has decided on cremation but will hold a celebration of life which will be planned for a later date. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West County Chapel - Chesterfield, MO.
