Anthony Franklin White Jr., a beloved member of the Charleston community, passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 49. Born on March 30, 1974. An Angel said "My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me, that you also may be where I am." Anthony surrendered, " I have lived my life. I am free, Thank you God."

Anthony, fondly known as T-Bonez or Tony, was a devoted father to his two children. The oldest Tony White and his youngest Ayana White. He cherished his role as a loving and caring father and always had a smile on his face when spending time with his kids. His kids enjoyed their father and will truly miss him. His sense of humor and positive aura will be missed dearly.

"Hold my hand, hold my heart, and hold me forever. I will be with you forever. I love you." Tony was a beloved partner to Tanya Gary. They have spent 22 loving years together. They had a strong bond, that Tony loved. Through thick and thin, they started off together and finished together.

In his professional life, Tony worked as a painter, adding vibrant colors to the world around him. His artistic talent shone through in every stroke of the brush, leaving a lasting impression on those who beheld his creations. Whether he was tackling large-scale projects or small-scale masterpieces, Tony's craftsmanship was unmatched.

Outside of work, Tony had a passion for Fishing since a young boy. He could tell you everything about fishing. He would take his children, nieces and nephews fishing all the time. He had a love for music and enjoyed listening to 2Pac. Name any song, he knew the words! He was a bright presence in Charleston. He had an infectious personality and joyful spirit that could light up any room. He carried a heart full of kindness and generosity. He was known for his unwavering generosity, always ready to lend a helping hand to family, friends and strangers alike. Tony's genuine love for life and people, brought happiness to his family and anybody that he encountered. His laughter, jokes, and smiles was embodying. There was never dull moment with Tony around.

Tony's parents, Anthony Franklin White and Barbara Susanne Blair, raised him with strong values and a deep appreciation for family. He carried these values with him throughout his life, ensuring that his children understood the importance of love, compassion, laughter and forgiveness.

Anthony Jr. leaves his admiring memories to be cherished by his stepmother, Andrea (Anthony) White. Siblings, Latasha (Jason) Weeks, Mark White, Jason White, Melanie White. Step siblings, David (Charvetta) Hargrove, Latosha (Brad) Figler. Children, Tony White and Ayana White. Grand child, Ivan White. Aunt, Clorenda White. Nieces and nephews Trevor, Laveyah, Giani, Priest, .... Marquasia, Mark, Antonio, Antwain, Jontaisha. Along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Though we grieve the loss of Anthony Franklin White Jr., we choose to remember the happiness he brought to the world. His spirit lives on through the White's family. May he rest in peace, forever immortalized in our memories as a cherished father, friend and painter extraordinaire.
