Mr. Anthony J. Owens was born on August 15, 1962, to the late Willie M. Minnie L. Owens.

At an early age, he joined the military. He later moved to Xenia, Ohio where he met his beautiful wife, Mary Owens.

On February 4, 2018, God sent an angel for him. He leaves to cherish his memories four daughters, Valerie (Antwan Nash) Fuller, Takeahia Fuller, Cleveland, Ohio, Monique Cotrell, Troy, Alabama, and Stephanie Simmons, Brundige, Alabama; two sons, Anthony Fuller, Cleveland, Ohio and Rashad Jackson, Crestview, Florida; one loving sister, Helen O. Urquhart, Cleveland,Ohio; one brother, Micheal Owens, Troy, Alabama; five uncles, six aunts, six grandsons, three granddaughters, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
