New AlbanyBennett, Anthony Rossi "Tony",A Funeral Mass for Anthony Rossi "Tony" Bennett, 30, of New Albany, IN, will be held at 11 AM on Monday, October 31, 2016 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 316 N. Sherwood Avenue, Clarksville, IN, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-8 PM at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy in Jeffersonville. Tony passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2016. Tony was born on February 10, 1986 in Louisville, KY. He was a 2005 graduate of New Albany High School where he played on the men's varsity basketball team. He went on to graduate from Indiana University and was self-employed as an insurance agent and a DJ for Sounds Unlimited Productions. Tony enjoyed running, fishing, golfing and playing basketball. But most of all, he loved spending time with his beautiful daughter, his girlfriend Meghan, his two nieces, one nephew and loving family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, H.J., Jr. and Patricia Bobzien; and Frances and Lee Marquardt.Tony is survived by his daughter, Addison Marie Bennett; his dad, Tony Bennett and his wife Tina; his mom, Donna Yocom and her husband Danny; three sisters, Katie Thomas and her husband Josh; Trish Armenta and her husband Chad; Lizzie Mullen and her husband Steve; grandparents, Dick and Marie Bennett (Nana & Pop); two nieces, McKenna and Tinsley Mullen; and one nephew, Gatlin Armenta.Memorial contributions can be made to the Scottsburg High School Athletic Department or the New Albany High School Athletic Department.
