Art Lemane, Jr. passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 in Gonzales, LA. He was born on Thursday, April 14, 1932 in New Orleans, LA to Hazel Smith and Arthur Clement Lemane, Sr. and was photographer in Covington, LA for many years. The beloved husband of the late Gail Sander Lemane, he is survived by seven children - Elizabeth Lemane Davis, Lynda Lemane Crockett (Gary), Arthur C. Lemane III, Kathleen Lemane Core (Patrick), Victor E. Lemane (Aimee), Jennifer Lemane Leonard (Scott) and Michael John Lemane (Keri); 22 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister - Isabel Lemane King. Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 AM. Interment at Garden of the Pines in Covington, LA will immediately follow services.
