Arthur Huff, affectionately known as HOTSHOT, a beloved resident of Baltimore City, Maryland, passed away on September 20, 2024, at the age of 68. Born on November 14, 1955, Arthur was known for his kind heart, dedicated work ethic, and passion for helping others. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, sense of humor, and unwavering positivity. Arthur had a deep love for his community and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and compassion that will be cherished by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
He was the son of the late Eugene and Helen Dickerson Huff. He passed away at Lorien Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace MD under the guidance of Gilchrist Hospice after a lengthy illness.
Raised and educated in Hartford County MD, he was a member of Eat The Word Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Gregg and Pearline Morris. Arthur worked for the janitorial service on APG, Edgewood Base while serving in the National Guard.
He is preceded in death by his parents as well as sisters Sandra, Arlena, Michelle, Kimberly and Mary; brothers Tyrone, Leonard and Albert as well as his grand-daughter Rahanna Briscoe.
Arthur married Carrie Johnson the love of his life on February 21, 2009. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Carrie Johnson Huff, siblings Earnestine Baggett, Sherman Huff (Vicky) Bennie Clybourne and Lucy Farmer. His 8 children, 36 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren
