Audra Lorraine De La CruzJuly 17, 1970 - April 18, 2014Audra Lorraine DeLaCruz, 43, of Inkom, Idaho, passed away at her home, on April 18, 2014 after a valiant fight with cancer. She left this life surrounded by her loving family and faithful and devoted husband and caregiver, Fidel by her side.Audra was born on July 17, 1970 in San Jose, California to Patricia Ann Hudson and Larry Key. She spent her childhood in California but moved with her family to Pocatello when she was 14. She attended Marsh Valley High School.Audra loved anything that had to do with the outdoors, including: camping, hunting, fishing, family Bar-B-Q's, 4 wheeling, (where she always managed to find the biggest mud puddles), and confetti eggs!In the summer of 1988 she met and fell in love with Fidel DeLaCruz. They continued their courtship until the day she left this earth. They are the parents of Mario, Fidel Jr., Andrew and Sylvia DeLaCruz.Audra was preceded in death by Mary Cruz Hudson (Granny), Linda Hudson (aunt), Beto Serrano (brother-in-law), Hildo Reyes (father-in-law), and Hilda Serrano (mother-in-law).Audra is survived by her husband, Fidel DeLaCruz; sons, Mario, Fidel Jr., and Andrew, and daughter, Sylvia DeLaCruz. Her mother and step-father, Patricia and Ricci Walters. Her father and step-mother, Larry and Sandra Key; brothers, Matthew and Victor Walters and Kelly Smallwood; sisters, Lisa Newton and Jeanette Woitas; grandson, Xzavier James and soon to arrive, granddaughter, Sophia; and one grandchild only she is now privy to.The DeLaCruz family will receive family and friends on Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:00 p.m. at the Skyline LDS Chapel, located at 150 Snowpeak Blvd. in Inkom, Idaho. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at the same location with Bishop Ernest Moser conducting services.
