Auvel Calvin "Cal" Brooksher, 69, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at his Yuma home due to respiratory failure. Cal was born on December 25, 1944 in Glendale, AZ to Alice May Zinn and Fred Brooksher, Sr. He was one of 13 children. Cal moved to Yuma in 1996 and worked as a fence builder until he retired in 1999. He loved woodworking and home improvement. Cal was preceded in death by his mother, Alice May Zinn and his father, Fred Brooksher, Sr. He is survived by many friends and family.
