Avis Marie NiehouseRedding, CA1949 - 2017"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. In this you rejoice . . ." 1 Peter 1:3-6a.Avis Marie Niehouse, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed into glory on September 13, 2017, in Redding, California. Always giving of herself, she devoted her life to minister to others. She was a loving and forgiving encourager and counselor. Marie was also a fierce intercessor and wise prophet. Marie was a mother and homemaker who was clothed with strength and dignity and led her home as a Proverbs 31 woman. She was an example to many including her own children of loving parenting.
