We announce the passing of Axl Arcilla, a beloved member of the Lipa City. Axl was a bright and kind soul, known for his infectious laughter and caring nature. He touched the lives of many with his generous spirit and love for those around him. Axl's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
