We are gathered here today to bid farewell to the one and only Ayda Gonzales, who lived a life full of laughter, love, and a little bit of sass. Born on October 7, 1968, in Eagle Pass, Texas, Ayda brought joy to those around her with her infectious smile and quick wit.

Ayda was preceded in death by her parents, Rodolfo and Modesta Lopez, who undoubtedly passed down their sense of humor to their beloved daughter. She is survived by her loving husband, Rafael Gonzales, whom she married in the year 15. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Vanessa Gonzales and JoAnn Rios, with her spouse Daniel Rios.

Ayda was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren, who all inherited her mischievous spirit and love for life. She was known for her incredible cooking skills, especially her famous enchiladas, which she would gladly share with anyone who stopped by for a visit.

Ayda will be remembered for her love of dancing, her fierce loyalty to her family, and her ability to find humor in even the darkest of times. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you raise a glass of tequila in Ayda's honor and share a funny memory in her memory. Rest in peace, Ayda Gonzales, you will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
