Babe Rance YoungKnoxville, TNYoung, Babe R. - age 86 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2017, at the home of his caregivers. He was born on December 26, 1931, in Knoxville to Palmer and Eva Mae Young. He was a member of Riverdale Baptist Church and a retiree of TRW and Knox County Schools Maintenance Department. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 30 years, Wanda Young; son, Glen Young; and several siblings. He is survived by special caregivers, Gary and Margie Massey; son, Don Young; daughter, Margaret Rose Young; step-children, Gail Burgin, Sherry Hill and Jimmy Martin; special friends, Becky Cox and Don and Marie Hensley. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Monday, July 17, 2017, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Vincent officiating. Family and friends will meet 12:45 PM Tuesday at Asbury Cemetery for a 1:00 PM Graveside Service.
