Barbara Gillard, 89, of Greenville, Mississippi, United States, passed Monday, May 06, 2019. Barbara was born on April 16, 1930.

She was a native of Calhoun City, Mississippi but lived in Greenville, Mississippi for 35 years. She attended Calhoun city public school and was employed by Nissan industries until her sickness.

Barbara Anne Gillard enjoyed going fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

She joins her parents  Azzie Gillard and Annie Pratt; her sister, Earlene Moore; and her brother, Cedell Jones. To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.

Barbara Anne Gillard leaves to cherish her memories, her companion of 69 years, Raymond Edwards; grandson, LaQuanne Gillard, Terrance Gillard and two grandchildren of Syracuse, NY, sisters Christine (David) Brownlee of Syracuse, NY, Pauline Gillard of Detroit, MI and Ruthie Gillard of San Fransisco, CA; brothers Alvin (Elaine) Gillard of Syracuse, NY, and Jerry L.
