Barbara Williams was born in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Cecil and Ellen. She attended Van Vlissingen Elementary school and a private high school. As a child, Barbara was baptized in Jesus Name and flled with the Holy Ghost at Apostolic Pentecostal Church of Morgan Park, under the leadership of Suffragan Robert A. Baggett. Barbara relocated to Las Vegas, Neveda, where she worked both in the Casinos and Telemarketing. Barbara loved going to the events in Vegas and would often receive free tickets to the shows and events. Barbara later relocated to Tulare, California to be with her family. Barbara's favorite color was red, and some of her favorite foods were Chinese dishes and Lasagna. Her mother would make lasagna for her every Thanksgiving and Barbara would make macaroni and cheese. Barbara had two dogs: Suga & Ben, they were her babies. They even visited her in the nursing home. Barbara was ill for several years and final succumbed to her illness. Barbara departed this life on May 19, 2024, at Adventist Hospital in Tulare, California. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Ellen (Charles) Gamble of Tulare, California, two brothers Charles (Rebecca) Williams and James Williams of Sacramento, California, one sister Ida drian) Williams of Sacramento, California, four daughters: Jamie White-hael Monroe) of Tulare, California, Ellen (Joseph) Shelby of Visalia, ornia, Lanae White of Tulare, California and Mary Figures of Concord, california; One son, James White (Isabel) of Reno, Neveda. She had en grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, es, relatives, friends and the Mt. Zion Temple Church family. She will be deeply missed, but we praise God for her life and the memories we will carry in our hearts!
