ROSINSKIBarbara K. “Boo”Barbara K. “Boo” Rosinski, age 71, of Toledo, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at Regency Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was born on February 13, 1945, in Toledo, Ohio to Walter and Katherine (Matuszak) Jakubowski. Barbara was employed as a seamstress at Mayfair Cleaners on Lewis Avenue for 25 years, and assistant manager at the Family Dollar Store on Sylvania Avenue for 10 years, retiring at age 62. A talented seamstress, she fashioned many beautiful wedding dresses over the years. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and homemaker, Barbara enjoyed babysitting her grandchildren. She also loved vacationing “anywhere up North.” Barbara is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years (married November 23, 1963), Casimir J. Rosinski Jr.; children, Rebecca (Derek) Roberts and Jeffrey Rosinski; grandchildren, Brittany (Tony) Wilcox, Anthony (Bree) Roberts, Andrew Rosinski, Amber Rosinski, step-grandchildren, Isaiah and Nicholas Baird; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Wilcox, Aiden Wilcox, Kaleb Wilcox, and Cole Roberts; sister, Evelyn Kline; brother, Robert (Pat) Jakubowski; step-sister, Helen; stepbrother, Denny Klinger; sisters-in-law, Patricia (Paul) Czyzewski and Rose Marie (Denny) Kennelly; and canine companions, “Bella” and “Max.” She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Joan Klinger and Dorothy (Jake) Pence; stepbrother, Raymond Jakubowski; and brother-in-law, William Kline.The Funeral Mass for Barbara will be Thursday, December 22, at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, preceded by visitation at the church from 9-10 a.m.Arrangements have been entrusted to Sujkowski Funeral Home, Northpointe, 419-476-9176.
