BARBARA CAROL (FEILER) PLOWMAN WINTERSET, IA - Barbara Carol (Feiler) Plowman of Winterset, formerly of Hamilton, IL, was born on June 21, 1945 to Clark and Annabelle Feiler in Freeport, IL. Barb passed away peacefully with family by her side on August 21, 2015, at West Bridge Care & Rehabilitation in Winterset, IA. Barb had two children from a prior marriage before meeting and marring Curtis Plowman in 1976, and together raised their blended family. Barb is survived by her and Curt's children, Larry (Elaina) Lyne, Sarah (Randy) Wacha, Mike (Laura) Plowman, Keela Neuman, Kendra (Don) Boley, and Jeff (Melinda) Plowman; brother, Ed (Carol) Feiler; sister, Dorothy (Richard) Rouse; 13 grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Barb is proceeded in death by her son, Jimmy; husband, Curt; her parents; and 2 sisters. The family will have a private burial in Basco, IL on September 5, 2015, and will greet extended family and friends at the Basco Community Center at noon for a Remembrance Luncheon.
