Barbara V. Pike, 87, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at Woodland Manor, where she was a resident for the past two years.Barbara was born on April 10, 1929, in Pittsville, Wisconsin, daughter of John and Elsie (Stover) Raab. She was a 1946 graduate of Otter Creek High School. On April 24, 1948, she married Leslie Pike in Marshfield. Leslie passed away on September 13, 2005. Barbara was employed with Richardson Brothers Furniture for 25 ½ years until her retirement in 1991.Barbara was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls, where she was active in Rebekkah's Circle and the Homemakers Club. She was a member of the Four Seasons Card Club. Barbara enjoyed crafts, sewing, cooking, vegetable and flower gardening, camping, traveling, playing cards, and family reunions.Barbara is survived by her five daughters, Judith (David) Debbink of Sheboygan Falls, Susan (Donald) Dota of South Carolina, Victoria (Dale) Verhage of Plymouth, Debra (Ed) Cline of Iowa, and Karen (Rick) McCoy of Sheboygan Falls; her two sons, David (Brenda) Pike of Kiel and James (Barb) Pike of Sheboygan Falls; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Renee (Scott) Pike Greger of Sheboygan Falls; one son-in-law, Gary (Fiancé Carol) Dunton of Howards Grove; two sisters, Dorene (William) Lauer of Marshfield and Diane (David) Pukrop of Rosholt; eight brothers, Allen (friend Shirley)Raab of Sheboygan, Richard (Laurie) Raab of Sherwood, Gary (Sally) Raab of Wisconsin Rapids, William (Sandy) Raab of Plymouth, Randy (friend Judy) Raab of Wisconsin Rapids, Dennis (Sue) Raab of Arpin, Michael (Sue) Raab of Marshfield, and Douglas (Sue) Raab of Arpin; and one brother-in-law, Donald Tykac of Plymouth.Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Leslie; her parents; her daughter, Kathleen Dunton; her son, Jerrold Pike; a granddaughter, Angela Pike; a great-grandson, Dominick Debbink; two sisters, Tina Raab and Donna Rae Tykac; two brothers, Jerrold Raab and Arnold (Carol) Raab; and her sister-in-law, Jan Raab.A funeral service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at noon on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Faith United Methodist Church in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Susan Safford-Gaul officiating. Entombment will take place at Gardens of Peace Mausoleum in the Town of Sheboygan.Relatives and friends may gather at the church on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of the service at noon.A memorial fund has been established in Barbara's name for Faith UMC and Woodland Manor.The Pike family would to thank Michelle and all the caregivers at Woodland Manor, where Barbara resided for the past two and one-half years, for the wonderful care.
