Barbra Gifford, 60, of Kansas City, Kansas, passed on April 03, 2021. Barbra was born on July 07, 1960. She is survived by her son Charles L Smith, daughters Pamela A Cacho (Johnathan Cacho), Ruth I Garcia (Oliver Cortes), and 2 grandchildren, Tiffany L Smith and Brandon J Cacho all of Kansas City, KS. Mrs. Gifford was a wonderful mother, wife and grandmother who will be deeply missed. She enjoyed gardening, collecting coins, and being with her family
