Barry L. Freitag1941 - 2013Barry Freitag, 72, of Kenosha passed away on Friday July 5, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family.Barry was born on Feb. 28, 1941 in LaCrosse, Wis., the son of the late Norman and Lorraine (Tovsen) Freitag. He was educated in the schools of Onalaska, Wis. He married Marita Krueger, they later divorced, he later married Debra Stiles on Dec. 1, 2008 in Kenosha. In 2001 he retired from A.M.C./Chrysler. In 1959 Barry was drafted straight out of high school by the S.F. Giants, playing 10 years as a minor league catcher. He was a member of the B.A.S.S. and the Bass Spokers Club. His hobbies included coaching and playing baseball, fishing, hunting, boating, and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren. His famous last words were always Just One More Cast Survivors include his wife, Debra Freitag; his children, Barry Jon Freitag; step-children, Natasha (Bryan) Easter, Jessica Stiles, Candace Stiles; siblings, Nancy Proksch, Jeff (Margaret) Freitag, Norman Freitag; his grandchildren, Josslyn, Kiya, Lilyana, and Kaylee.He was preceded in death by step-father; William Parizek and siblings Jack and Barbara Freitag.A visitation will be held on Tuesday July 9, 2013 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday July 10, 2013 at Kenosha Funeral Services from 10-11 a.m. with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. Burial St. James Cemetery.
