Beatrice Irene Lemire Oct 2,1925 - July 2,2017 It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Beatrice Irene Lemire. Bea passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, July 2, 2017 in her 92nd year with all five of her loving children by her side at Peace Arch Hospital, Surrey, BC. Bea was born on October 2, 1925 in Arcola, Saskatchewan and was one of seven children. Her life took her to many places throughout Canada and the world finally making her home on the west coast in 1959. Bea was predeceased by her husband John, her parents Herman and Doris Bender, sister Marie and brother Walter. She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Patricia McIntyre (Rob), daughter Colleen McElroy (Paul), son Roger Lemire (Karen), son Dave Lemire (Lori) and daughter Pam Yesaki (Tim) and in her later years, good friend Bill Montgomery, as well as brothers Ron and Bill and sisters Betty and Margaret. Bea's pride and joy were her 15 grand children and 13 great grand children all of which are deeply saddened by the passing of their Grand Mother and Great Grand Mother.A celebration of Bea's life will be announced at a later date.
