Beatrice Elaine Pawluk (Nee Cook)Beatrice was born on January 16, 1924 in Hagen, SK. She passed away peacefully on October 2, 2017 at the age of 93 at St. Paul's Hospital in Saskatoon, SK. Beatrice was predeceased by her father, Colin Cook, mother Mary Ann Cook, son Timothy, her five brothers Leslie, Larry, Harvey, Herbert, and Stanley and her sister Doris. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Pete, daughter Michelle (Aniel), granddaughter Raychelle, Aniel's son Christian and numerous nieces and nephews. Beatrice lived a very meaningful and purposeful Christian life and was a lifelong member of the Salvation Army where she was a band member, soloist, choir member and Sunday school teacher. The culmination of her music career was being part of an 80 member choir that represented Canada at the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of Holland. She was a wonderful homemaker was devoted to her family, both near and afar. Beatrice's Celebration of Life will be held at the Salvation Army Saskatoon Temple (38 Bateman Cres, Saskatoon) on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. with Major Peter Eason officiating.
