We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Belinda Spencer-Stevens, who was born on July 12, 1957, and passed away on August 10, 2024, in Columbus, Georgia, United States. She was the beloved daughter of James and Ethel Shavers.

Belinda married Cecil Stevens in 2014 and together they had four children: Tiffany Spencer (spouse Chris), James Spencer (spouse Janice), Ayla Williams, and Yolanda Jones. She was also a loving grandmother to six grandchildren.

Belinda attended Carver High School and went on to serve in the Air Force, where she dedicated herself to serving her country with honor and integrity.

Belinda was known for her passion for cooking and delighted in sharing her culinary creations with family and friends. Her warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Rest in peace, Belinda Spencer-Stevens. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
