On July 28, 2024, the world lost a true gem in Jane Lew, West Virginia. Bernard Moore, born on November 11, 1942, brought joy and laughter wherever he went.

Bernard, known to many as Bernie, was a devoted husband to Cheryl Darlene Moore, married in 1966. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Jeffrey and Timothy, and had the pleasure of welcoming two grandchildren into their lives.

When he wasn't serving his country in the National Guard, Bernie could often be found on the baseball field, cheering on his favorite teams and reminiscing about his glory days on the diamond.

Although his time with us was cut short by heart failure, Bernie's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Bernie, and may you forever find comfort in the arms of the angels above.
