Keske 82South HavenJune 26, 1934 ~ June 23, 2017Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Clearwater, for Bernelda Angeline Keske, 82, of South Haven, who died June 23, 2017, at the St. Cloud Hospital. The Reverend Dennis Backer will officiate. Burial will be private in St. Marcus Parish Cemetery, Clear Lake at a later date.Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, and on Wednesday after 10:00 AM at St. Luke's Catholic Church in Clearwater. Parish Prayers will be at 6:00 PM at the church in Clearwater. Arrangements are with the Daniel Funeral Home, Clearwater.Bernelda was born on June 26, 1934 in St. Cloud, MN, the daughter of Leo and Alma (Hilsgen) Imholte. She attended school in Clear Lake graduating with the class of 1952. She then attended St. Cloud Business College studying accounting earning a 2 year degree.She was united in marriage to Willis B. Keske on January 2, 1954, at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake, MN. Six children were born to this union. She then worked a few years at Northwestern Bank in St. Cloud, MN. Later she worked at T.O. Plastics for over 30 years retiring in 2001. Bernelda also spent some years at home raising her family and in her later years was a home maker. She loved to sew, especially sew quilts for church, enjoyed crafting, loved gardening, and spending time at Long Lake in Sherburne County. Spending time with her family and especially the grandchildren were the most important thing for her.Bernelda is survived by her children; Bernard (Theresa), Linda Keske, Jean (Dale) Schermer, Cindy (William) Schwinghammer, Kim (Erik) Stolberg, Chris (Julie); 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; three sisters-in-laws Mary, Jo and Ellen Imholte; other relatives and many friends.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Willis on September 13, 2011 her six brothers and sister, Clarence, Donald, Alfred, John, Phil and Florentine.
