Bessie Deaver FauberAge: 73 • Staunton, VABessie (Deaver) Fauber, widow of Robert W. "Bobby" Fauber Jr., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 3, 2017.Bessie was born on April 17, 1944 the daughter of Steel Montgomery and Jessie Marie (Diehl) Deaver.She worked as an LPN at the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center for over 30 years until her retirement. Bessie was an active member of Pleasant View Lutheran Church.In addition to her parents and husband, Bessie was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles E. Cline and a son, Charles (Chuck) Cline.Bessie is survived by her son: Robert (Andy) and wife Lisa Fauber, two daughters: Frances (Cline) and husband John Knott, and Connie Fauber-Ferrier, and five grandchildren: Naomi Marie Fetty, Cierra Nicole Fauber-Ferrier, Kegan Dakota Knott, Cheyenne Steele Fauber-Ferrier, and Delaney Elizabeth Fauber.A memorial service will be held at Pleasant View Lutheran Church on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 7 p.m. conducted by Interim Pastor Mark Briehl assisted by Jim Sheets.The family will receive friends in the church prior to the service from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Pleasant View Lutheran Church, 2733 Springhill Road, Staunton.Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.Condolences may be sent to the family at www.henryfuneralhome.net.
