Born on February 19, 1953, she was a beloved member of the community known for her kind heart and infectious laughter. Bessie had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her flowers and vegetables. She was a devoted friend and confidante, always willing to lend a sympathetic ear or offer a helping hand.
