RACINE - Bette Lois (nee: Christianson) St. Martin, 88, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2015 at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints. She was a lifelong resident of Racine, born on January 27, 1927, the daughter of the late Lars and Elsie (nee: Goodlad) Christianson. On March 27, 1948, Bette was united in marriage to Francis St. Martin. She had been employed at Urban League for many years. Bette was a member of the Women of Moose Lodge and VFW Ladies Auxiliary for many years. She loved sitting in her recliner watching old movies and TV shows. Surviving are her sons, Gary Pavlik of Green Bay and Greg (Linda) St. Martin of Racine, daughter, Laurel (David) Bohn of Franksville, numerous grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a great great grandchild. She is further survived by sister, Joan (Marlin) Falkenrath of Crivitz and Karen (Jim) Vozar of Kenosha, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bette was preceded in death by her husband, Francis in 1986; sons, Gordon St. Martin and James St. Martin, daughter, Sheryl Frisk and a brother, Melvin (Beverly) Christianson. In keeping with Bette's wishes, a private service will take place. Bette will be laid to rest at West Lawn Memorial Park.
