After a life full of laughter and love, Betty Davis passed away on May 13th, 2023 in Kankakee, Illinois.

Betty was born on October 15th, 1957, and from a young age, her infectious personality and joyous spirit made her a beloved member of her community.

Throughout her life, Betty infused every moment with humor and warmth, always finding the silver lining in every situation. Her knack for making others smile made her a friend to all who knew her and she had a way of making strangers feel like family.

Betty will be remembered for her love of baking, especially her famous apple pie that was a staple at every family gathering. Her children and grandchildren will miss her legendary stories, her gentle hugs, and her unyielding support.

She is survived by her devoted husband, two children, and five grandchildren, who will carry the light of her spirit with them always. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Betty's memory by sharing a smile or a laugh with someone in need.
