Betty J. Crowe85, A dedicated educator. A selfless mentor. A fun-loving friend and the wife of a legendary coach passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016 at Robin Run Village, an assisted living care center in Indianapolis Indiana. Betty Jeanne, as she was call by many of her friends, was born on March 24, 1931 in Indianapolis Indiana to Robert Ewing and Pearl Mitchell Ewing. She attended John Hope Elementary School # 26 and was a very proud member of the Crispus Attucks High School Graduating Class of 1948. She is survived by her loving children, Larry R. Crowe (Amy), Linda J. Crowe Knight, and Lloyd E. Crowe and a host of family and friends.A Memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd. West Dr., Indianapolis IN. 46228. from 10:00 a.m. to 12: 00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life service at noon.
