Betty Jo Dragoo, 68, of Bardstown, died Sunday, July 21, 2013, at her residence. She was born on Feb. 3, 1945, in Louisville, was a former employee of Subway Restaurant and attended The People's Church.She is preceded in death by her sons, Tony and David Lyvers; a daughter, Joann Downs; and her parents, Robert Earl and Lucille Linagur Dragoo.Survivors include four sons, Michael (Lisha) Lyvers, of Bardstown, Todd (Diana) Lyvers, of Independent, Roger (Selena) Lyvers, of New Haven, and Scottie "Jeffery"(Kristen) Lyvers, of Bardstown; a daughter,Pam (Rodney) Valley, of Bardstown; 23 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Peggy Cissell, of Bardstown, Wanda Fulkerson, of Cox's Creek, and Cindy Durbin, of Indiana.A memorial remembrance service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 26, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with burial of cremains to follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, July 26 at the funeral home. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
